Spring Wellness was established to help people live a healthier, happier life. Spring Wellness encourages personal growth, self-acceptance and self-love through exercise, coaching, meditation and nutrition in a safe and supportive environment.
Whatever your current fitness level, whether your goals are weight loss, body confidence, training for your next big race, or challenge, we are a fully equipped, totally private personal training studio. With our range of CV machines, functional equipment and weights, we have everything we need to help you achieve your goals.
Fitness can and should be fun! We want to help you create new habits that become an intrinsic part of your everyday life. Our sessions are always varied and always fun.

What is Coaching?
Coaching offers a chance to look forward, to set out goals, realise ambitions, hopes and desires. It is an opportunity to explore what is needed for us to live a fulfilled life and the limitations keeping that from being our reality.
Simply put, it helps us to find out what stands in the way of living the life we want, then it helps us figure out what we need to do to achieve it and reach our full potential.
We offer private 1-1 coaching sessions as well as small group coaching.
The food we consume has a profound effect on our health, the way we look and the way we feel.
Not only can the right nutrition help us lose weight, it can help build confidence and reduce our risk of illness. We want to help you to make healthier food choices, so that healthy eating habits become part of your lifestyle. We don’t want to inflict the counting of calories nor any strict diets, we believe in promoting a way of life that involves good, honest, real food.
We offer nutrition advice and support to promote healthy eating habits.
Meditation has been proven to have numerous health benefits, helping you both mentally and physically. Meditation helps to significantly enhance relaxation, boost productivity, reduce stress, and increase focus and memory. It is a skill that requires practice, and we encourage you to incorporate it in to your daily routine so that you can experience the countless benefits meditation can bring.
